    Designing a tool and method
    to identify and assess the competences of learners workers with special status in their transition on the labour marke.
A generic tool & method will be designed to assess key competences of adult learners from disadvantaged background to be adapted to specific contexts ( national & professional) which will combine one basic Key competence (KC) and one transversal KC- reference is made to the "8 key competences" (EC,Brussels, 2006).

This tool was experimented among tutors in each of the 5 countries-  the feedback was validated during the transnational training session  held in Finland in May 2016

    Designing an education guidance
    to support professional working with learners from disadvantaged backgrounds/with fewer opportunities

    The education guidance is an educational book aiming to have concrete methods for working on key competences of adult learners with disadvantaged backgrounds. It  aims to support professionals of adult education to better train and accompany adult learners from disadvantaged backgrounds to be able to understand and apply the competence approach and to be able to identify and assess at least one basic Key competence/one transversal Key competence. It will be a reference for all stakeholders in the adult education field.

    This guidance was experimented among the target groups (trainers, tutors and low qualified learners) in each of the 5 countries- the feedback was validated during the transnational session held in Poland in May 2017.
