professionals working in the "Education populaire" field with special support to be provided to learners they have in charge (beneficiaries of social incomes such as the RSA)
people who benefit from the young adult / adult workshops are often unemployed or those who have dropped out from the education system soon after the compulsory education (grades 1 to 9),
vulnerable people in offering them an appropriate strategy and so to contribute also to improve the quality of life of local communities together in supporting the many social workers working with them
promotion of the Local Development through Education and Culture.
Professionals working with families at risk will be able to enhance their skills. It should have a main impact on the quality of life of families in rural areas which concerns different fields (social, economical, cultural, health).
on a European, level, the project should enhance the access to training for learners coming from disadvantaged background/special needs and to equip professionals working with them to be able to support them in their formative path by enhancing the competence approach. .
